Workout #3

Tuesday afternoon spin class with Sophie.

55 minutes
Six 4-minute intervals (3 x hills, 3 x sprint)
165 bpm average, 189 max

Felt great today on the bike! I worked and pushed hard, and I love the instructor because her classes are “real” cycling workouts, rather than just aerobics on the bike. Next week, we do a Tour de France stage, before she breaks for a month due to the Olympics.
