Workouts #11 & 12

I doubled up my workouts today, with a swim in the morning, and then a 50 minute slow run in the afternoon.  My shoulder was sore a bit at the start of the swim, but then felt fine after warming up, albeit halfway through the swim. The run was just a run, although I missed my trainer’s instruction to pick up the pace every 10 minutes.
