Workout #15

I couldn’t face the run in the dark today, so I went to the local community centre gym to use the treadmills. I don’t mind a run workout on the treadmill because it’s easy to set the pace and then stick to it. Outside, it’s much easier to just slow down when I get tired. The only problem with this gym is that cardio machines have a 20 minute limit. Luckily, nobody showed up for my machine after the first 20 minutes (I warmed up on another machine), so I was able to keep going for the full time. I felt pretty good today.
