Workout #30 (pool pyramid)

Nothing very exciting to report about this pool swim. There was an aqua aerobics class taking up much of the pool, but there was still one extra wide lane available for lap swimming, and only three of us in there using it! My shoulder was bugging me a bit today before getting in the pool, but then I had no pain while doing the swim. Kristina had me doing a pyramid workout, so 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and then back down. It was pretty straightforward and I enjoyed it.
