Workout #36 (hills)

Tonight I got on the bike on the trainer and did some hills. After an hour of hill intervals, I immediately went for a 15 minute run. Again, it didn’t feel too bad! Maybe it feels fast to run after being on the bike on the trainer because I am actually moving, not just standing still.

And for part 3 of the series, Music for Indoor Cycling, I think M.I.A.’s Paper Planes, is crazy good for hill climbing on the bike.
