Workout #40 (birthday run)

I went for my weekly long run today, 70 minutes total. I went in the morning so thankfully I missed the deluge that started later in the day. It was a pretty good run, although I had a bit of knee soreness about halfway through for about 5 minutes or so.

Also, today is my birthday so I got to sleep in and was served breakfast in bed. I am now 34 years old.
