Workout #54 (swimming with fins)

Today was my first day swimming with fins as the workout was a “kick focus”. It was fun because fins make you go so fast! I felt like a motorboat in the water as I was kicking with the kickboard. The only part that kind of sucked is when I took the fins off to do 8x50m fast free and I felt like I was moving through mud. No wonder people with enormous feet have an advantage at swimming.

My workout was also a bit short today because I wrote down the distances wrong and missed a whole set, which I only noticed when I got home. Oops.
