Workout #58 (easy ride)

Wednesday was just a 45-minute recovery ride. I set the bike up on the trainer and went as easy as I could. My daughter played around in the backyard. It was much more pleasant than a few weeks ago when she cried through my whole workout because I was outside and she was inside. I don’t really trust my trainer anymore since I fell out of it a couple weeks ago. It held together this week, but I’m a bit nervous whenever I’m on it now.
