Workout #68 (hill repeats)

Wednesday I did hill repeats on a hill near my house. It was supposed to be a 3-5% grade, but I had trouble finding one long enough to sprint up for 2 minutes. I ended up finding a steeper hill that was just 2 minutes long. As usual I went too hard on the first repeat which took me 1:50, and then I was pretty much right on 2 minutes for the three remaining repeats. It was a pretty tough workout because a) they were hill repeats, and b) I’ve been fighting a chest cold/cough thing and exertion isn’t exactly easy on the lungs. Still, I finished and it wasn’t too bad. I still find the track much tougher.
