Workout #74 (biking the hills)

Because I made an extra rest day last week, I ended up doing a workout on Saturday, my usual rest day. The workout was pretty straightforward – a warm-up on the bike, then 3 x 5-minute hard hills with a 5-minute recovery in between each. I felt good and enjoyed being on the bike. I’m starting to realize that the bike trainer may have been one of the best purchases our family has made in the last three years.
