Workout #75 (15km run)

Yesterday was my long endurance day. My Sundays now basically alternate between long runs and long rides. Yesterday I went for a 90-minute run, although I ran about 4 minutes shy of that. I ended up doing 15 km total, nice and slow. It was one of those hard days where I didn’t feel much like going for a run at all, but I made myself do 30 minutes and, by then, I was feeling better so I went a bit further. Once I was that far away from home, I had no choice but to run back so I managed to get in almost the full run. It was a nice afternoon too, as the rain stopping in the late morning.
