Workouts 85-88 (still working out)

Bike, run, brick, swim. Four workouts this week, but I’m also kind of on holiday in Ontario so I haven’t had a chance to update. The biking hasn’t been very pleasant as there seems to be a constant wind. The other day it took me 12 fewer minutes to get home than going out because of the wind! And I was going 10km/hr faster on the ride home when I went out on Wednesday.

So, first triathlon tomorrow. Checked out the course today and it’s probably going to be windy, and there are more hills than I expected on both the bike and the run course. At least I know about them.
