Workout #92 (1500m continuous)

I headed to the pool again today although my arms were a bit tired from yesterday. Again, the Brockville YMCA wowed me with its empty lanes and I had one all to myself for the entire workout. After warm-up, I had a timed 100m and a timed 1500m. The 100m was 1:40, which is the same time I always tend to have when I go pretty hard, and then 30:00 exactly for the 1500m.
