Workout #96 (swim hard)

I guess chasing my husband around the Ottawa marathon doesn’t count as a workout, so yesterday was a rest day.

Today, I hit the pool doing  4x100s in 2:10, 2:05, 2:00, and 1:55. The last set was challenging, but I was banging out my 100s in about 1:45. I felt good, strong, and fluid.
