Workout #103 (swim then run)

On a rainy Thursday morning I shot out of bed and went to the pool for a pretty long workout. I was switching up using the pull buoy, hand paddles, fins, and a kickboard. It was my first time using hand paddles since starting training because I was worried about their impact on my shoulder pain. Now that my shoulder injury seems to be gone, Kristina has added the paddles into my swim workout and I kind of enjoyed them. They really tire out my arms though.

After the swim, I went for a 20 minute light run in the rain. I liked it although I was underdressed and it probably made my cold worse.
