Workout #105 (long crappy run)

Saturday morning sunshine! Crappy awful run. Symptoms: stitch in the side, sinus headache, hurting lungs. Did 80 minutes. Hated every minute of it.

Plus we hosted a big birthday party for our son who will be one in a few days. With nine kids running amok in the wading pool and sandbox, plus serving up food, plus breaking up conflicts between toddlers, hosting such a party should really count as a workout in and of itself. A long, painful, endurance workout.
