Workout #107 (bike on the trainer)

Yesterday afternoon I had a nice ride on the trainer. Mostly easy, with a few short sprints and some short 40km race pace intervals. I like taper weeks.

The sinus infection is nearly gone, but still bugging me. I think my feelings of burnout can mostly be attributed to the illness as I feel much more enthused about everything now that I am better.
