Workout #113 (back in the pool)

I was back in the pool yesterday for a swim, 15x100m at race pace, with 10 second rests in between each. I felt pretty good, and there was a guy training for Ironman in the lane with me so I think we both pushed one another. Still I think I am slower in the pool as I haven’t done much swimming at all over the last two weeks, and I think it has had an effect.
