Workout #119 (pace run)

I started the run in the rain yesterday and enjoyed every moment of it. It was an easy run with some 10km and 5km race pace stuff. I am technically in a taper leading up to my Sunday race. I say ‘technically’ because my last 3-4 weeks have been a bit of a write-off with all the sickness so there hasn’t been a whole lot from which to taper.
