Recovery Week

I am having a nice recovery week right now, after the Penticton Triathlon on Sunday. The race went two thirds very well (swim/bike), and one third (run) not so very well. I have been working on the race report so I will be posting that over the coming weekend. My total time was 2:52, so I saw a marked improvement, despite a very crappy run.
