Workouts #139-141 (tapering)

I’m into my taper week so things are pretty easy now. Monday I did a continuous 40-minute swim in the lake. Tuesday was a fairly short pace run (less than 40 minutes), and today I went for an hour easy ride followed by 25 minutes easy run. Feeling good and excited as race day approaches.
