Kelowna Apple – Goals

I did the Kelowna Apple today and I’ll get a full race report up in the next few days. However, before I do, I should note what my goals were for the race, which I forgot to post. They were:

  1. Personal best for Olympic distance triathlon
  2. Break 50 minutes on the run
  3. Have fun

I’ll let you know how I did very soon.
