Weekly Training – March 28-April 3 (Rest Week)

I sort of trained last week, but hardly at all since it was a rest week. No family friction to be seen, because I did almost all my (minuscule) workouts on my lunch break. I dropped the kids off every morning. And on Saturday I went for a 2-hour ride out to Port Moody and back in glorious sunshine. And that was all.

Thank goodness for rest weeks or athletes would burn out fast.

    I like your blog. I’m not into triathlon, but I do half marathons sometimes. I’m nowhere near as fit as you though! My pace is around 4:45 and I haven’t really tried to improve for the last couple of years. I run mainly for relaxation I guess.

    Anyway, I just dropped in and had to leave a comment. Not because I’ve been following you for long or so, but rather because I’m interested in your volatile domain if you’re not using it anymore?

    It would be really nice if you’d reply by e-mail, it’s more convenient. I’m not a sillion dollar corporation or anything, just a lone freelancer in Sweden, doing mostly inhouse work at a newspaper. But I like the name and I need a domain for my music, thoughts, and if I ever do anything creative I could put it there. I would like to talk to you about it, in case you’re interested, so please e-mail me regardless.
