Specific goals:
- A top 3 triathlon finish in my age category. [Check!]
- Achieve a personal best: faster than 2:36:46 for an Olympic distance triathlon. [Nope!]
- Get faster on the bike: faster than 1:15:47 in an Olympic distance race. [Nope!]
- 46-minute 10km in a triathlon in 2011, and a 45-minute 10km in a triathlon in 2012. [Nope!]
- 45-minute 10km (not in a triathlon). [Almost check!]
General goals:
- Have fun. [Check!]
- Continue to build core strength (working on the measurement). [By default!]
- Stick with a strength training program to supplement triathlon training. [Nope!]
- Rest when I need to. [Check!]
